位置在新宿很方便, 房間也不算很少

交通方便，現在價格也很優惠。

it is very convenient, near JR station, convenient store, drug store and restaurants. good room quality and nice service.

Location is excellent! Walking distant to Aqua City and Diver City Plaza. There are tons of shops, cafes, restaurant in those two building. So you can easily get everything you need from the two building. The view is fabulous! We book sea view room which is totally worths it. There is only one thing weird. When we checked in, I asked the staff at front desk if there is any single king bed for me and my husband? He told me no. So my family and us just picked random rooms. And we found out my family got the single bed room, me and my husband got the twin beds room. Quite strange. Anyway, the rest is good experience while we stayed here. I'd like to mention a staff at concierge Mr. Nakagawa. He is very friendly and smiling. He helped me to book our airport limousine bus and borrowed us umbrellas. He brings the joy and good mood while we met him every single time at the lobby. Thank you Mr. Nakagawa!

Very nice hotel! Staff are very since year and they have good knowledge of the whole location and provide a very good suggestions about which restaurants to go and what to do! Also they have very good communication skill. I feel like I am home.

The facilities of the hotel are well rounded. However, the window of my room (No. 832) is so hard to open, the room is full of dust.

酒店地理位置優越，鄰近銀座步行10分鐘內到，附近有超市，多間便利店，激安殿堂，酒店附近5分鐘內步行可以到達多條地鐵及JR線，由成田機場搭Skyliner到上野再轉搭地鐵或JR線1小時內可以到酒店，非常方便，要去東京各大旅遊點都好方便包括淺草，秋葉原，東京，新宿等等，大堂各職員及樓層房務職員出入都好有禮貌，另外如果你離開房間無關窗簾房務員會放附有英，日文既卡片提醒保安理由要關，依個幾貼心亦好有安全意識，值得一讚 唔好既地方勉強可以講係房間比較細，我住既房係向東京鐵塔，只係勉強睇到少少，可以揀平少少另外既房，唔洗期望太大

今次已經係第2次選擇住呢間，非常近新宿車站及附近比較繁華 酒店乾淨，但空間比較細。 建議住高層，觀景較好
