The room was dirty. The carpet was stained as well as the curtains. The towels had black stains on them. The hotel was going through a renovation while we were there. The entire building was filthy. The shower water was luke warm at best only after running the shower for several minutes. One good thing I will say is there were no bed bugs. I can only assume that is because even bed bugs have standards.

These are just observations and not indicative of my expectations. Property and building were nice but very outdated. The walls had multiple places where the paint had chipped off. The carpet in the hall did not reach the walls and the concrete flooring was exposed about 3-4 inches. One of the lamps in the room had wiring exposed. The tub had a large chip missing in the porcelain in the center of it. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but there a lot of pillows (bonus) and the sheets were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were vending machines and an ice machine conveniently located. There were many options at breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, milk and coffee. The property did have a pool but we did not go. Overall it was a decent place to stay and met our needs for the night we were there.

We stayed here for volleyball. The first thing was the access to the door was broken and had to walk all the way around with everything. Then once in our room it had a smell. While eating a roach crawled out from behind the tv. My husband went to the front and complained. The staff was able to move us rooms. The second room smelt better and seemed more maintained. Went to take a shower no hot water! Had to take a cold shower and so did my kids. Breakfast was decent but once we went to return to the room the key wasn’t working anymore this was at 645 am so no need for it to not work anymore :( when I told front desk she said the key must of been near a phone. Overall the pillows were soft.

The entire stay was a complete mess from start to finish. The building looks nothing like the photos online, which was disappointing right away. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of mildew and was clearly not clean. There was a dirty, wet rag left on the bathroom counter, and even worse, another rag that appeared to have feces on it. The bathroom itself was in terrible condition, with a moldy shower and curtain. To make matters worse, the locks in the building were malfunctioning, so the front desk had to physically let us into our room. Breakfast was also a letdown—they were out of almost everything. The biggest issue of all was that there was no hot water during our stay. When we brought it up, we were told we could go shower in a different unit, which is completely unacceptable. Despite all of these problems, I wasn’t offered any discount or refund. I travel frequently for work and sports, and this is by far the dirtiest and most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Do yourself a favor—spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

When we went inside to check-in, there was sign up stating the front desk person was away working with another guest. We did not have to wait too long for her to return. When we got back to our room that night, we had no hot water. I complained the next morning and was moved to a room that was supposed to have hot water 3 rooms down from the one I was in. This room had lukewarm water (barely) no TV, no phone to call the front desk, and no trash bins. There was also a bar of used soap in the shower. When I went downstairs to let the lady at the front desk know all of this, I was told there was nothing she could do and I needed to speak with Peter or Jessica in the morning. When we went down to leave in the morning, the sign was back on the counter about them being away working with another guest. I waited for five minutes and no one showed up and I left as we wanted to get on the road back home. And, our room keys had to be replaced because they stopped working. I'm glad I was only there for 2 nights.

The room had a strong odor of paint. The desk clerk said they had no other room to give us and would cancel the reservation. They did not refund my money for the room even after Expedia reached out to them. Not a reputable way to handle business. It will be remembered when looking for places to stay in the future and Comfort Suites is not a place for me to stay when things like this happen.

Room was clean they are renovating the third floor so everyone was on 2 nd and 1st floors it is a noisy hotel with the construction going on. The breakfast was more than continental with options for every taste the staff was kind for one night it was more than adequate
