「The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. 「A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American.
