Short stay with family

The stay was great. House was small and cozy. We had a dog with us and the only thing I wish was different was that it had a yard. Other than that the place was great. Host was great. We would stay again

Wonderful host, perfect little 2 BR

Charlie was a fantastic host. I ended up with surprise limited mobility, and the flat was surprisingly handicap-accessible being on the first level and having hard floors. He went above and beyond what I would have expected to check on my needs, and he accommodated me very well. Charlie is an excellent communicator, and was prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend staying at any property he is managing. The location was superb for my needs and felt like a safe neighborhood. Sprouts and Natural Grocers only about 15 minutes away, 30 mins drive from Boulder & the mountains, and convenient for friends to find and meet up. For a small rental, the kitchen was adequately equipped and with ample counter space for cooking and baking. Was able to do all my bread baking for Passover and host a dinner for 4 as well. Good little desk set-up for getting work done, and nice airflow so using the HVAC was rarely necessary. Thanks for a great VRBO experience.
