We were unable to control the temperature in the room and it became very stuffy and warm during the night. Opening the window is not an option due to very loud noises outside the hotel in the middle of the night. Pillows are not good either, we woke up every day with neck pain

The Hotel was esthetically beautiful. Felt like I was in a movie. The staff was super helpful. The hotel is so walkable to all of the great sight seeing, shopping and restaurants.
