「We stayed for 9 nights in July 2025 with 4 people and 3 dogs. The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of room throughout, plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood is nice, we walked our dogs every day and felt very safe. 「Spacious and great for a quick night stay! We had six guests for a night and everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small, but served it's purpose for us. It is on the second floor, so guests will need to be able to walk up the wooden stairs around the back of the home.Overall if you need to find a place for a night with a great price, parking, and about a 25 minute drive from downtown, stay here!」

「The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. The downstairs "lounge" was somewhat finished with painted walls floor and overhead. Very low ceilings down there as well. My 6'4" husband banged his head more than a few times. 「Newer remodel of an older home. New appliances, big fridge, plenty of room for our family. AC worked great through 90 degree temps outside. My boys lived the air hockey table in the basement. Large TVs in every bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood that was close to everything」

「This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend a long baseball weekend. We were close to the ball fields my grandson was playing on. Lockport is a cute little town. We felt safe in this location. We commuted about 45 min to downtown Chicago to visit several tourist attractions. The house has a full kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Everything in the house was clean and in good shape. We definitely will be staying here again for future tournaments or Chicago visits!」
