“I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly.……

“I went to the pool and came back to my room before check out and my stuff was missing. Souvenirs and money stolen from my room. I called multiple times and even had my bus circle back to the hotel to be told “it happens” and there was nothing they could do for me. I will never stay here again.”

“Was greeted by the owner Teska when I arrived. She has a very good energy and positive personality. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant. The room was super clean, AC ice cold and nice comfortable bed. They take care of every detail and it shows. The grounds are beautiful with the tropical trees and plants in the open space. The breakfast they make for you is top tier. The pancakes are amazing and the coffee is delicious. They have beach towels for you to use each day and the location is……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

From the beautiful property and comfortable accommodations to the amazing service, everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time in Aruba with the kids and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. “When we first checked in and went to our room…It wasn’t the room we booked. They tried to tell us it was the same. So, we booked a One bedroom beach tower room. They wanted to place us in a One bedroom studio. Not enough room in the studio for the cot that we needed for our children. Thankfully, they changed the room for us. It would have been too small for 4 adults.”

“This was our 2nd time staying at the Hilton and it's just a beautiful property. We stayed at the new Westerly section and it was wonderful. The location is great and the Parrots on the property make it unique from the rest of the properties on the Island. Would highly recommend!”
