「The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.」

「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」

「Our first room had mold on the walls and on the AC, the host did not offer a solution when we said it and we had to demand a new room. The new room was clean but the hot water barely worked and it only remained hot for 5-10 seconds at the time, so showers were very uncomfortable. We did say the hot water wasn’t working, they did not fix it nor offer a solution. The rooms are little apartments with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (but not soap).
