"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...

"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. The third non l-bunk bed was too small for 2 people so I slept on the pull out mattress at a lower level than my partner. The office is quite a long uphill walk from the main "

"Pros: Amazing views day and night , great indoor space, well provided kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Cons: We had a couple of issues: 1. Nearest supermarket was unavailable due to road closures. 2. Main bathroom. After a warm shower bugs fell from gaps in the ceiling. Hotel Los Angeles, Granada

8/10 Good

"Excellent stay — the staff were attentive and highly professional, breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable."

Melia Granada Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was fantastic, and its location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just a short walk from all the main attractions and points of interest, it made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again on our next visit!"

Palacio de Santa Inés hotel

8/10 Good

"This hotel has old-world style but with modern conveniences. Be sure to get a TAXI to get there. Don't use a rideshare App, as our Uber driver upon arrival didn't have permission / didn't want to drive into the UNESCO restricted streets, making our arrival a bit more of a chore than it needed to be. Taxi drivers do know how to service the hotel properly. RideShare drivers may not. The hotel itself was great with a good room layout, charming facilities, and a convenient location to the city center. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, albeit in a somewhat small room. If the hotel was fully booked or many guests decided to have their meal at the same time this may have been problematic, but for our stay it was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."
