We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well.

Really clean, tidy and spacious room. however lacking character. Main issue was Hotel was empty, lounge, restaurant and pool were all closed hence avoid visiting during winter!!

Expensive parking

30 euros for and u ugly parking, the hotel is super far away from Granada, should be call different, the rooms are super big, the buffet is so so but the service is the worst, they charge us twice for the buffet and the receptionist star makings excuses for not returning them to us at the end she did it. Not a four star hotel

This is a very strange hotel in that it puts itself out as being grand, and decorated the lobby in a grand fashion, but the rooms themselves are incredibly sterile and basic. It's like they had great aspirations when they built the hotel but ran out of money when the time came to decorate the rooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are very limited options for dining in the area (basically one Italian restaurant).

Precioso hotel con encanto

Fantástico, era lo esperado. Nos gustó mucho la habitación, súper amplia con colchones cómodos y muchas almohadas. Todo lo necesario para descansar. Buena calefacción y excelente baño. El desayunar muy completo con variedad y calidad.

Dejligt ophold, dog noget slidt. Ærgeligt at spa kostede 25EUR/person, men boblebad på værelset var top luksus. Fitness ok, dog meget begrænset åbningstid :( Lidt langt ind til Granada, men kort til Monachil og bagvejen op til Sierra Nevada og lækre vandreruter!

Meget lukket, uden de faciliteter beskrevet.

Alt var stort set lukket. Ingen poolbar, eller oprydning ved pool. Stedet var slidt og skidt vedligeholdt. Værelset var fint i størrelse og fine senge. Kedeligt sted på denne tid da det hele virkede lukket ned. Den ene dag var der 10-12 unge mænd ved poolen som røg joints og da de gik efter nogle timer tilhørte de ikke hotellets gæster.
