We loved our stay at this property! We had space and everything we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel with a group of family and friends. We had 7 in our group and there was plenty of space to sit and spread out! Thank you Constance!

A true gem!

This Villa is a true gem! An oasis! It is so well stocked, ample bedrooms and bathrooms and communal space for a large family or multi family groups. I stayed here with my husband, two children, my sisters and their children. We were a group of 9 and it was very comfortable. If you plan to travel around to nearby areas I would recommend to rent a car because it was only a little challenging to connect with local taxis and Uber was sometimes unpredictable and you cannot have Uber pick you up in the principality of Monaco. But we didn’t have a car and were able to get around just fine! And there’s always buses too! So completely doable without one! But the Villa is fabulous. Quaint and comfortable and just what we wanted to get a taste of the Côte d’Azur !

A wonderful base for exploring the Monaco area

This rustic villa provides spacious accommodation on the outskirts of the village of La Turbie, with a stunning view directly down the hillside to Monaco. Rooms are large and there is plenty of storage space, there's a smart TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, and WiFi throughout (though we found it tended to drop out in some of the downstairs rooms). Parking is easy on the road next to the property garage, or in the garage itself. The garden itself is on a steeply terraced hillside - perhaps something to be aware of if holidaying with young children. The swimming pool is also quite deep, though securely fenced off to keep the young ones safe. There is a good selection of children's toys, books and board games to keep everyone entertained. What sets this property apart, however, is the support and helpfulness of the property owner, Constance - she was absolutely superb at allowing us to manage our booking around the health issues of one of our party, and could not have been more helpful and understanding.

Lovely stay!

We had a nice week in La Turbie! The view from the property is amazing and there was a nice constant breeze. We loved the way the house opened up onto a patio. Walking up (up!) the hill to the village bakery and restaurants was fun. It was a good base for exploring the area.

Beautiful and Serene Villa

Had a wonderful stay with our family of 6. The Villa is charming and has an amazing view. The pool and garden is very relaxing and we made the terrace our spot to eat all meals. Check-in was great and the communication with the owner flawless. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We will look forward to coming back again!!

This villa is paradise

We (family of 8) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful, the villa has a very historic family feeling to it, and the pool is perfect and refreshing. The location, very near to Le Turbie, was breathtaking. The proximity to Monaco makes it easy to get down there for anything from shopping to the beach.The host and the property manager were both great. We would love to return!The only thing I would change is the checkin time. Arriving from America in the morning (as most flights do) makes it a challenge to check in very late in the afternoon.

Perfect for a family stay 😎

Sandrine did a warm welcome. Early check in was possible. Everything you need in the house was available. For bakery , butcher, and supermarket you just need a 15 minutes walk. Villa was perfect for us and our kids. Merci Sandrine, merci Aurore. It was a wonderful stay🙋‍♀️

Perfect house for a relaxed or busy vacation!

We adored the veranda in the shade, with view over the swimmingpool, the sea and the surroundings. The table was a bit small for 8 people, so we put another table next to it. We absolutely loved the swimmingpool. We were told not to use the slide, but our teens were not interested in a slide so that was not a problem. They did love to play tabletennis! It is really convenient that basic cooking ingredients and towels for the pool were available and the wifi was sufficient for us. Allthough we had a perfect stay, there a few remarks that are good to know: - there is no airconditioning, only fans. That wasn't a problem because due to the thick walls, the house stays comfortably cool - in the period that we stayed in the house, there were many musquitoes. Make sure you take repellent with you. - There is a room with 3 or 4 beds and a room with one bed. La Turbie is a perfect place to go canyoning in National Parc Mercantour!

Villa spacieuse et pleine de charme, idéalement située sur les hauteurs, à la fois proche de Monaco et au calme au village de la Turbie. Vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Brise du soir très plaisante les jours de grandes chaleurs !

Excellent Location

The property enjoys beautiful views over the Mediterranean in a peaceful setting. The local village is accessible by a virtually traffic-free route with fantastic views of Monaco below. The village of La Turbie is lovely & Nice is easily accessible by car or bus. The property is substantial & easily accommodates a family. The living room opens onto an outside dining area with a barbecue & pool.; really lovely.

We had a very nice stay in this property. It is overall spacious, functional, quiet and well located. It needs a little bit of modernizing in my opinon, hence only 4 stars instead of 5!

Charmant, Liebevoll und Großzügig

Das Haus ist groß genug um mit sieben Leuten eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen. Von drei der vier Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist klein aber fein. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist zu Fuss in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus besitzt eine Doppelgarage in der zwei mittelgroße Autos Platz finden. Nachbarn haben wir aufgrund des großen Grundstückes nie gehört oder gesehen.

Fantastic location and brilliant facilities.

Sandrine organised the whole stay perfectly, would highly recommend as this is a perfect location for quick access to the whole Côte d’Azur and into Italy, as well as the bars and restaurants of Le Turbie.
