「The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming...

「The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO...

「Host Elena was most gracious and helpful. Information on how things work in the apartment was available. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. 「Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . 」

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us.
