About this property

COTE D'AZUR, detached house with large garden in typical village

  • house in a medieval village in the hinterland of Nice, facing south and overlooking a beautiful garden with arbor, reserved for tenants. quiet and sunny, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Pre-Alps ... The house is 20km from Nice and the sea and on the road to the Mercantour National Park (approx, 40km
       The layout of the house is as follows: on the 1st level: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
    2nd level: 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
    There are about 12 steps to access the 1st level, therefore raised above the garden and then 1 floor to access the bedrooms.

    The house is located in Berre itself but not in the small streets of the village; the entrance is place Bellevue.

    The rental price does not include the supply of linen or the cleaning costs which may be requested in addition. During certain periods (March-April or September October) a supplement for heating can be requested as an option.
    Pets are accepted for an additional € 30 per animal
