You have to check in before midnight, and the host locks you in from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM each night (yes, really) due to what she described as dangerous streets. On our 10:30 check in, after almost 12 hours of travel, she fought vociferously with us because we asked to remain on the sidewalk for five minutes to smoke a cigarrete. 「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」
