“The food and service was great room was clean a pleasant experience. ”

“Staff were very accommodating. We chose to upgrade there was a small delay in getting checked in. We were given our original room in the meantime to relax while we waited for approx 15 to 20 min. The desk staff brought us our new key so we didnt need to return to the lobby. Friendly and pleasant service provided.”

I have stayed in many hotels in my travels but from the moment we stepped into the reception office I was blown away by the exceptional service. Specifically the front desk named Hanine (I hope I got that right) dealing with him was a total pleasure: we had a couple changes we needed to make and he maneuvered us through the whole process in such a pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and professional way.
