"The staff were friendly and excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was good and a variety of food to choose from. The view of the ocean from our room was breathtaking. The pool was clean and the landscape was well maintained. The beds and linens were clean. However, the floors were not well cleaned especially around the edges of the room, the counter under the microwave had not been cleaned for a while, paint was chipping in the rooms and the private deck off our room."

"Topside really is a 10. The property is larger than we usually like, but it is built and managed in such a way that it feels intimate. The location is beautiful and is close to the harbor center, yet it feels tucked away. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff provides treats and beverages to keep you feeling week cared for."

"Are staying booth Bay Harbor was excellent. The house very comfortable, had everything we needed, was very convenient to downtown, and very clean. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone they would be very happy with it."
