"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

"I love the tubs in these rooms. And the bed. And the seamless check in with the wonderful staff. And the city views. And the soaps. And the coffee. And the room service. I simply hate to leave. "

"The views from the room were stunning. We had a 10th floor room. Check-in staff in the afternoon were excellent. Now the negatives- very hard to figure out the parking/elevators for check-in. Need a key to access floors as there are no buttons inside the elevators (had to help out some who was trying to find reception). We had a two bedroom with a pull out. The pull out had no linens, so when we call down to reception, they wanted us to go get them, so no staff at night. We were set for going to bed and no one wanted to get dressed again. Our friend just curled up with our extra lines from our beds. Most hotels leave a set in the room. Limited coffee supplies. The Marketplace was vending machines. Not sure I’d stay again."

"I feel like if you’re going to have a hotel in Bellevue Washington, you should be matching the vibe of Bellevue Washington. It’s literally an eyesore in the middle of a beautiful city. It is horribly outdated. That carpet in that room had to be 50 years old. Yes, the beds were comfortable, but they might as well have been twin beds. They were so tiny. The TV had no sound and nobody managed the noise issue. There was a full on sorority party in the room next door till 3 AM. And why charge for parking you had more parking in that lot than the entire city combined."

"This Marriott was very modern and in a great location, but the service was horrible. The elevators broke down on Saturday afternoon and nobody that worked at this Marriott seemed to care. I usually stay at Marriot Hotels, but this one I will avoid on my next trip."
