「This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway from city life! Surrounded by beautiful nature and in total isolation, the cabin is a picturesque vacation spot for relaxation and peacefulness. We took advantage of the fireplace, the hot tub, gorgeous nature views, and the extensive VHS collection. The ideal weekend getaway spot for a couple or small group. So cozy! Will be returning again! Huge thanks to Rita for her constant communication and ease of directions.」

「Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!」

Charlie was absolutely lovely walking us through some of the home's idiosyncrasies upon our arrival, and we feel truly honored that they would open up their personal every day home for strangers to enjoy. 「This is a secluded adorable log cabin off the beaten path. Just what we needed for some quiet down time. Yet close enough to town to visit family. It was clean and well stocked. The decorations for fall were superior. The clean, well kept landscaped and fire pit area were great. Be prepared to drive down a dirt road. (well kept) And keep an eye out for the sign that says “Cozy Log Cabin”. You cant see the house until after you turn into the unpaved driveway.」

「Overall i was very happy and comfortable. Home is clean and equipped with anything i needed. I will come back in the summer to truly enjoy exploring in warmer weather. For this trip the sound and view of the river was the best !!!」

「My friends and I were looking for a regular cabin to book for trips to Stevens Pass and were pleased with this cabin. It has a fairly well stocked kitchen in terms of pans, utensils, and dishes. It is comfortable for four people for three days. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the porch. We would book this again.」

「Property is beautiful and well equipped. There are neighbors but the heavily landscaped cul-de-sac location makes it feel secluded and private. Lots of great outdoor activities nearby, and Monroe isn't far of a drive if you're looking for large city attractions.」

「We loved this well appointed, well stocked tiny house! It was a cute and cozy home away from home. Appliances and decor were top notch.The loft was too tight for my travel partner, but there was plenty of room downstairs for him to make a bed while I was perfectly comfortable in the loft. The owners were great to work with and communicative. Can’t wait to come back to this little gem by the river!」

「Wow such a beautiful spot, exactly what we were looking for. Easy river access, beautiful views, close to local hiking spots including the Iron Goat trail. The cabin was very well organized. Overall was so impressed with how well curated the experience was. They thought of everything.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Timber Creek. The view out the back of this house is second to none. The mountains were enjoyed throughout the day, the running water of the river drowned out the worries of the day, and our children enjoyed spending a good portion of our day outside on the property. It truly was hard to say goodbye.」

「Two cabins on property. The photos they advertise are of the main cabin. Basically zero communication had to figure which one was my cabin on my own. Still a cute place to stay, just needs clear communication and show the second cabin or give option to choose which one.」

「One of the most "loggy" log cabins I've ever visited! Location has great mountain views, lots of outdoor deck space, and a great layout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one ground level, and one semi-basement room give plenty of room for spreading out. Really well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated home!」

「It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌」
