This is a very nice facility but the stff member that checked us in left a lot to be desired. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and prepaid for it as I was traveling with a friend. When we checked in, I asked if the room had 2 beds as requested and paid for in advance. She said yes and handed me the keys. When I got to the room, it had a single King bed and that would not work. I went back to the front desk and she told me that they overbooked double bed rooms and I had no choice. Since I prepaid for the room in advance, I said this was unacceptable. She said she could move to another room with a pullout bed but indicated she needed to talk with her manager to make any changes. She called her manager, started that call by saying I "was being beligerant about the room I was assigned". The manager initialy indicated to her to offer me a $50 refund. I told her that did not solve the problem but asked if I could purchase a second room and apply the $50 towards it. She said "no" but her manager heard the conversation and immediately told her to give me the second room and comp me fully for it. I was willing to pay for it, with the credti applied but the manager heard the front desk person treating us poorly and corrected the situation. The manager saved the evening despite the poor approach and customer treatment by the staff member.
