“A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee.”

“I’m not sure if there are smoking rooms but the first floor smelled like smoke. One side door was broken. Another door that should require a key was just open to the outside. No counter in the bathroom. As in NONE not that there was little counter space there was just a sink. Also lots of drywall repair patches in the bathroom. The bathroom door looked like it has water damage. The pool area was nice. Would not recommend this to anyone. ”

“This was complete false advertising. I I don’t know how they made their website looks so nice. We went there to check in and decided not to stay. We were there fishing and we have a lot of expensive gear that I’m pretty sure would’ve gotten stolen. We talked to the front desk and explained our concerns. Mike agreed we could leave without paying the minimum one night stay. As of now there is a charge on my credit card. That better go away.”

“It was very disappointing to find out the pool was not open & hadn't been for several months according to the front desk. I reserved the room solely for the pool for a birthday party & no where on the website was it mentioned the pool was closed. ”

“The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables……
