Farmhouse entirely in stone with terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, arranged on two floors, furnished in Tuscan style with antiques and at the same time able to offer an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. There are two large fireplaces where you can relax in the crackling of the flame. The bedroom windows are all equipped with mosquito nets so you can enjoy the fresh country air without having annoying insects. Large indoor and outdoor spaces that allow you to carve out areas of privacy while sharing the house with all the other family members. Inground pool measuring 4 meters by 8 meters, depth 1.40 meters. Infinity pool with infinity pool side on the olive grove panorama. Pool with style, for all lovers of exclusive wellness, where the water turns into an element of design and emotion for moments of pure relaxation, comfort and well-being. Chaise longues, benches and sun loungers and entrance stairs, led lighting transform this swimming pool into the protagonist of fascinating atmospheres, to dive each time into a daydream. Beach area inside the pool, which offers the pleasant sensation of standing on the shore of the sea and sunbathing in the water. Pool for private use of the house guests only. Swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September. Ping pong table. Outdoor barbecue for your outdoor dining. The house has a splendid view over the olive grove of the property. There is a delightful porch where you can enjoy the shade in the summer season, gardens where children can play in complete tranquility. there are no deckchairs and beds to enjoy the pleasures of the rural environment to the full.
The house is free on three sides and borders in total privacy to a house ..Locals and shopping centers can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The strategic location of the house means that it is located in an area equidistant from the cities of undisputed cultural interest such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca. It is also immersed in the countryside and therefore allows visitors to discover the heritage of natural resources in Montalbano by walking. Monsummano Alto, Montecatini Alto and the medieval center of Montevettolini.
A few minutes you can reach the Grotta Giusti spa and relax in its natural caves of renowned beauty and charm. Also in the immediate vicinity is the Golf Club Montevettolini.
Seasonal attractions: medieval festival in September on a date to be established in Montevettolini: a dip in the pass to appreciate in the evening a village colored by shields and flags operated by jesters and knights. In November Mont'olio: tasting event of local production of extra virgin olive oil .
Your pets are welcome. I would like to inform you that the property is only partially fenced. It is mandatory to use external pesticides to be applied to your pet to maintain its health and the health of the house.
I will personally check-in and I will be available to pick you up at the meeting point at La Madonna della Neve in Montevettolini. Send me a text message when you leave the highway.

Insgesamt eine sehr schönes Haus von einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin Francesca. Sie war immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit also scheuen Sie sich nicht bei Problem sofort auf Sie zuzukommen.Das Haus selber war auch in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Einzig der Schatten kommt ein wenig zu kurz. Zu unserem Aufenthalt im September konnten wir mit 7 Leuten kaum Schatten finden da alle Sitzgelegenheiten in der Sonne waren.Der Pool hält was er verspricht.Die Zimmer hatten alle eine gute Größe und haben vernünftige Betten. Einzig die Badezimmer im Obergeschoss, könnten etwas moderner sein, da in einem nur eine Badewanne mit losem Duschkopf und im anderen eine sehr enge Duschkabine ist. Das Badezimmer unten welches "en Suite" ist, ist allerdings sehr gut ausgestattet.Ansonsten waren wir persönlich von den Orten Montecatini- und Monsumanno-Therme enttäuscht. Der größte Kritikpunkt den wir aber haben ist die Zufahrt. Wir sind schon einiges gewohnt, da wir Urlaube in Griechenland und auch an anderen Orten in der Toskana gemacht haben. Aber die Straße schüttelt einen so dermaßen durch, hat teilweise SEHR enge Stellen, von max. 2,30m Straßenbreite, wo Rechts eine Wandecke ist und Links 5m Abgrund und die letzte Kurve vor dem Haus ist sehr scharf, steil und hat einen sehr schlechten Untergrund. Es wird dringends empfohlen nicht mit einem zu schweren Bulli oder ähnliches anzureisen. Ein Langer Kombi geht noch, sofern man Selbstvertrauen ha

Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft ist etwas erschwert und ergeht nicht aus dem Inserat. Dafür aber wunderschöne Aussicht, Lage und ruhig. Ein großes, sauberes Haus mit allem was man brauch. Vielen Dank Francesca!

Charmante Villa mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren 3 Pärchen und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Villa. Francesca hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und hat immer sehr schnell auf meine WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagiert. Wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir uns tagsüber fast ausschließlich im schönen Außenbereich oder im ebenfalls schönen Pool aufgehalten. Wir haben mehrmals selbst gekocht und fanden alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien vor. Die Schlafzimmer (gute Matratzen!) und Bäder waren sehr großzügig bemessen. Einziger Wunsch, den ich hätte: Ich würde mir eine bessere Straße auf dem letzten Kilometer zur Villa wünschen. Ich war mit einer A-Klasse mit Sportfahrwerk unterwegs und kam noch zurecht. Große, tiefergelegte Autos sind nicht zu empfehlen. Das ist aber der einzige Punkt, den ich zu kritisieren habe. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Toscany Sun genossen.

Das Ferienhaus Tuscany Sun.Können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Ausblick ins Tal war jeden Tag unglaublich. Die vielen Blumen und Kakteen waren in voller Blüten. Wir waren 6 Personen im Haus und es war soviel Platz damit man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte. Fazit: Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden sicher mal wieder da Urlaub machen.

Wunderschöne Lage

Gelungener Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegten toskanischen Haus. Wunderbare Umgebung mit tollem Blick über das Tal. Einzigartiger Infinity-Pool. Gastgeberin Francesca hatte gute Tipps für uns und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber die Lage und der Ausblick machen alles wieder wett.

Just perfect

The property is so wonderful in every way. Laying in the pool with a book and a beverage is the most relaxed I've felt in the past few years. We swam, relaxed, cooked over an open fire, drank good wine and enjoyed every moment of it. The place feels so remote and secluded, yet an amazingly well stocked grocery store is just a 15 minute ride away.

Es ist eine traumhafte ruhige Alleinlage. Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort mit drei Hunden. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, liebevoll und exklusiv eingerichtet, auch im Außenbereich. Wunderschöner Garten, traumhafte Aussicht, nicht zuletzt vom schönen Pool. Die Zufahrt war auch mit einem VW T6 gut zu bewältigen. Francesca ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war eine tolle Woche.

Fantastic location, fantastic property, fantastic host.

We were six family members, five from the United States and one from Denmark. We were all pretty exhausted by the time we got to the meet up location. Francesca gave us a quick orientation to the home and left us to enjoy. We took day trips to Florence, Luca, and Pisa. Other days we just relaxed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Francesca was always available to answer questions and help with directions when we got lost on the winding Tuscan roads. Francesca gets bonus points for coming and jump starting our car when the battery died!!!! We will definitely be back! Best VRBO experience ever.

Toscana pur

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ist die Anfahrt von Montevettolini zum Haus sehr, sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Teilweise entspricht die Zufahrt einem unbefestigten Feldweg, der aber nach der dritten Benutzung seine Befahrbarkeit freundlicher erscheinen lässt. Dafür wird man aber von der Lage und vom Haus mehr als entschädigt!!! Einfach toll. Große Zimmer, gemütlich toscanisch eingerichtet. Terasse und untere Poolebene mit reichlich Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Pool einfach unbeschreiblich, einziges Manko, Wasser im Oktober etwas kühl (ca. 18 Grad), wobei die Eigentümerin da keinen Einfluss hat. Francesca, die Eigentümerin, war in jeder Hinsicht der guter Engel. Von Einweisung über Restauranttipps mit Reservierung bis hin zu Kaufempfehlungen (Olivenöl) wurden von Ihr gerne getätigt. Alles in Allem eine wunderschöne Woche in der Toscana. Haus und Umgebung nur zu empfehlen.

Schöne Anlage in toller Lage

Die Lage des Anwesens ist sensationell. Die Aussicht, insbesondere vom Infinity-Pool aus, ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet mit umfangreicher Ausstattung - insbesondere in der Küche. Die Auffahrt zum Anwesen ist etwas tricky aber nach dem ersten oder zweiten Mal klappt das auch gut. Francesca, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen immer gerne zur Verfügung. Ich empfehle das Haus gerne weiter.

Ein etwas anderes Ferienhaus mit extravagantem Pool

In dem Haus ist alles sehr geräumig und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Die vielen Einrichtungs- und Dekodetails haben fast musealen Charakter. Im großzügigen Außenbereich findet man den ganzen Tag einen schattigen Platz zum Verweilen.Das Grundstück ist botanisch sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool mit seiner Sicht auf das Tal ist der Hammer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Man sollte allerdings nur mit einem geländetauglichen Fahrzeug anreisen.

Mooi huis op een idyllische locatie

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, goed uitgeruste keuken, comfortabele bedden. . .Prachtig zwembad met een fabelachtig uitzicht. Het grootste pluspunt is de ligging en het uitzicht, dat is helaas ineens ook het enige nadeel. De laatste kilometer is onverhard gaf de advertentie aan. De realiteit is erger. Zonder SUV of hoog op zijn poten staande, niet te grote wagen is het bijna onmogelijk er te geraken. Smal is een understatement. Onze VW caravelle kon net passeren (al heeft mijn vrouw doodsangsten uitgestaan) de laatste steile, nauwe bocht kon de wagen niet aan. Laat je er echter niet door afschrikken als je wat avontuurlijk ingesteld bent en met de juiste wagen komt lukt het wel, en eenmaal boven wacht niks minder dan het paradijs op aarde!

Wundervolles Haus

Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern) hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus ist ein Traum, liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet und es gibt reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Blick unfassbar toll (insbesondere aus dem herrlichen Pool heraus!). Einzig der Weg ist etwas "beschwerlich", die Straße eher ein Feldweg, was allem aber überhaupt keinen Abbruch getan hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen dürfen. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - herzlichen Dank für alles!

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely house with the wonderfull garden and environment. The pool is outstanding! The house is well maintained and everything you need is at hand. Francesca was always available if we had questions. Thank you for your warm welcome and your support whenever we needed help.

Fantastique !

Voilà un séjour que l’on oubliera pas de si tôt. Au-delà du charme de Toscane c’est bien la maison de Francesca et ses alentours qui nous ont séduits. Quelle vue de la piscine à débordement ! Sublime! Merci aussi à notre hôte tjrs discrète mais tjrs présente quand nous avions besoin d’elle. Un séjour que je recommande à tous les amoureux de l’Italie.

What a great spot!

Great house with a fantastic view and a lovely pool. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need for delicious cooking. You will soon feel at home in this house. Francesca thank you for allowing us to spend a week's holiday in your house.

Skøn Toskansk Hus

Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med masser af plads og gode udendørsfaciliteter. Vi havde rigtig godt vej, 23 - 25 gr. i oktober og vor værtinde havde ladet vandet i den flotte swimmingpool blive, så vi kunne anvende den. Vi kommer til at savne den fantastiske udsigt. Vi var 4 voksne og 1 barn og Francesca havde sørget for høj stol og barneseng :) Det sidste stykke af vejen derop var temmelig dårlig og krævede opmærksom hele tiden, så pas på med for stor vogn, men Francesca havde advaret os. Francesca var en meget omsorgsfuld vært. Hun havde stillet vand og morgenmad til os, så vi ikke skulle bekymre os om det ved ankomsten. Alt i alt vor det et fantastisk ophold og vi kommer gerne igen. Great location, wonderful house

Our welcome by Fransesca was great. Very well organised and friendly. The house is kept with love, you see this in the house by the things that were carefully brought together. The furniture, kitchen en cooking utilities, accessories etc.. The fact that she built the pool last april is a definite plus. Our daughter was in love with the girls room and all the toys and games/puzzles. We had a great time there!

Une magnifique maison !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison ! Une maison très équipée, dans un environnement calme. La panorama est magnifique ! L'extérieur est très agréable ainsi que la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Seul bémol est le chemin : il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop grande ! Nous avons été accueillis avec comme cadeau de l'huile d'olive. La communication avec Fransesca et son Mari est très claire ! Ils ont été arrangeant sur notre heure d'arrivée. Je recommande à tout le monde cette maison !

A perfect getaway for the adventurer

We loved this property and the central location to the sites we wanted to see. The new swimming pool is a brilliant addition and we all spent a lot of time cooling off there. The villa had been equipped with all modern facilities and there was everything you needed (incl. a lovely breakfast pack) for the perfect stay away from home. The roads to the property take some navigating but for a confident driver this should be no problem.
