“The stay at Cosmopolitan was perfect for us. Arrived early on August 20th at 10:30 and we were able to check in for a much needed shower and nap. Breakfast was very good! Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!”

“From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. ”

“A slight view of the beach through a small window. I stayed out as long as I could to keep from spending time in the room. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before I touched anything. I showered with flip flops. The beds were clean and I slept well - the only reason I gave it a two star. The location was great as well. ”
