The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Montecarlo Lucca, district of San Salvatore. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2000 sqm garden plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
