Decepcionante

Llegamos al Hotel, la chica que nos recibió muy maja. Decidimos comprar el desayuno 4€ por persona más, no estaba mal. Pero la mujer que limpia las habitaciones nos tiro a la basura una bolsa que habíamos dejado sobre la cómoda con todos las cosas de aseo y ir habíamos comprado en el Carrefour, desodorante, bragas, cepillos de dientes, compresas , todo nuevo y recién comprado, pero la mujer decidió que era basura y lo tiro TODO, se lo dije al dueño que corroboró las cosas con la empleada y solo dijeron que había sido un error y que ella pensaba que era para tirar porque estaba encima de la mesa. Ni una disculpa 75€ a la basura. Todo esto lo habíamos comprado porque en Roma nos robaron todas las maletas (abrieron el coche de alquiler y nos lo vaciaron entero mientras comíamos) así que teníamos que comprar desde bragas hasta compresas y tampones, me pareció una falta de cuidado y muy poco Atencion por el dueño. El hotel es viejo y las camas no muy cómodas, le falta limpieza (el suelo estaba lleno de pelos rubios por todas partes) y el baño muy destartalado al igual que los armarios. Lo bueno que está en el centro del pueblo y es muy bonito, pilla lejos de Florencia y Pisa, la zona de aparcamiento es de pago.

Sono stata solo una notte,l hotel è comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione,è in centro, le persone sono molto gentili ,hanno un bel cagnolino.la tv si vedeva bene il wifi funzionava,ci sono le macchinette per comprare acqua e snack h24.ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio al check out

Co siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è strategica se si vuole visitare il centro facendo due passi. Il ristorante collegato all' Hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa, area giochi per i più piccoli e pizza eccellente.

Friendly staff at reception. We were first given a very noisy room, but they quickly changed it to much nicer room when we complained. Very well located near to station and nice restaurant right next to the hotel. Room was clean and neat.

Excellent hotel and fantastic staff.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of May. We stayed in Montecatini last year and really enjoyed it, hence why we came back The hotel for the price is great value and the food in their restaurant is excellent. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and are at hand for anything you need. We will be back next year and will stay here again.

ottima posizione

praticamente a pochi passi dal centro. non ha parcheggio proprio, ma l'Hotel è munito di biglietti per sosta giornaliera a 3 euro. pulito e confortevole, ma la struttura è un po datata. ottimo il ristorante
