「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens früh mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wir möchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir würden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen.」

「Die Aussicht war aus unserem Apartment sehr schön auf den Gardersee. Der Pool war auch eine schöne Sache. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. 「Für Ruhesuchenende ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, mit wunderbaren Blick auf den See und Malcesine. Die Auffahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr steil, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist läuft man ca. 20 Minuten in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und der Hausmeister ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend! Das Einzige Manko: die Sauberkeit! Von unseren Vorgängern waren noch die Spiegel verschmiert und es war leider sehr sehr staubig!」
