「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. "Lots of space in the hotel area - beautiful garden, cute swimming pool, nine well-maintained indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and plenty of parking lots. It’s just a 10 minutes walk to the lakeside, where you can find some quiet restaurants for good food and stunning sunset views. Bikes can be rented from the hotel for a relaxing ride along the lakeshore. Great place to chill out despite small shower stalls and less than meticulous room cleaning. Tennis coaching fee must be paid in cash. Not informed of this in advance, I used the ATM machine outside the hotel and was charged about 5 euros!"
