「There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. 「Very noisy, there is a club next door playing music till 1.00 -1.30 am in addition we were kept away until 4.00 am we were told it was a staff party, but appeared to be a lock in. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out the following day as we found another hotel」
