The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is beautiful and everyone was very kind and helpful.The owner was very attentive to our needs,making sure that our vacation was enjoyable.The only problem I had was the little lizards,but I'm a city girl. Luv the dogs though. I would definitely recommend this villa to my family and friends.

Beautiful house with excellent hosts.

We loved our time at Neena’s cottage, adjacent to her own home overlooking the ocean and Montego Bay. This two bedroom cottage has a full kitchen, two queen beds, a comfortable couch for a fifth guest, access to a small pool at the main house and a great driver to take you where you need to go. Frank, the driver, is a great guy and reasonably priced to take you around during your stay. He is a knowledgeable tour guide and was great with our kids. You can pay extra for extra days of a cleaning service and for them to do your laundry. We also used their chef one day which was fun and reasonably priced. Nothing is within walking distance and the beds are fine but very firm. The dogs on property are very well behaved and were a great perk for our kids. I am glad we chose this house and am grateful for generous hosts and for Frank.

Neena’s Spring Farm Estate was absolutely breathtaking. Neena, our host was extremely helpful!

From the moment I laid my eyes on this beautiful villa I knew wanted to stay there. Spoke with the host, Neena, about the Spring Farm Estate and she was very informative and quick to respond. Before our arrival she had sent us a list of packages we can purchase ahead of our travels to better plan and make the most of our trip. Upon our arrival she had a drive pick us up and stop by the grocery store to pickup anything we need. When we got to the property it was gated which made us feel very secured. My friend and I was visiting for our birthdays and Neena offered a birthday package where they decorated the room and had a cake for us. She also provided private chef service. The food was delicious and chef was super sweet. She cooked, served our food and even cleaned the items that she used. Anything we need Neena was always available via phone to help us. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful Property And A Great Host!

We throughly enjoyed staying at The Nianna! It looks just like the pictures and is very peaceful all the time. Neena was a great host and set us up with a wonderful driver who made our trip so much easier! We were sad to leave and hope to come back some day!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice and delightful when it came to our stay. We really fell in love with our cook Mrs. Charlotte. Her cooking was past amazing and her stories of her growing up in Jamaica kept us entertained. We look forward to returning really soon.

I'm already back home and missing this place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming my whole stay. If you're looking to get away from the city and unwind and just relax this is the place! Upon arrival Judith explained everything to me and even helped me get a few things from the market. My whole stay if it was anything I needed she was always there! Nianna was so helpful and nice. I got a chance to visit the Blue Moon beach because of her. There's a housekeeper who comes to clean each day so you don't have to worry about the place being a mess. A driver who will take you anywhere at anytime. A cook who will cook whatever your heart desires. This was my first time in Jamaica and they've made this a experience I will never forget. Thank you all for everything! Hope to you see soon.
