This well-lit, aesthetically designed and thoughtfully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family, friends, couples and solo travellers, it sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. You are greeted by a sun-kissed patio with 4 high chairs prior to entering, the main door which is accessed using a smart lock allows you to check-in at any time that suits you. Once inside the modern but warm furnishings immediately relax the soul, the Jamaican touches let you know that everything is `irie`, there is a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen smart TV, bar counter and 4-seater dining set.

The ultra clean all white kitchen comes stocked with all you need to cook up a feast or heat up take-away. There is a coffee machine, french press and tea pot to cater to all caffeine beverage lovers. We have all the cooking utensils you will find at home and glasses for all occasions including champagne celebrations.

The spacious bedroom is tastefully fitted with high lacquer finished king size wooden bed, closets and bed side tables making the space bright and polished. The bathroom is well-equipped with modern amenities.

The apartment has Starlink ultra high-speed WIFI, ACs and fans.

Seawind is a gated community, home to many of Montego Bay`s affluent families and is a well regarded community in the Freeport area.

Guests have access to the apartment, pool area, recreation area, marina and Yacht Club next door.

The Freeport area is the most popular residential district in Montego Bay, it boasts a number of multinational hotels including Secrets, great dining experiences such as the Houseboat Grill & Mystic Thai and a large outdoor shopping centre called Fairview with a huge supermarket. Therefore, you have leisure, dining and entertainment all within a 2km radius.

You are right next door to the Montego Bay Yacht Club which has great sailing and yacht tours as well as a fine dining experience.

The Montego Bay Hip Strip is only 10 minutes away by car and is home to the best beach in Jamaica, Doctor`s Cave Beach and a newly launched beach and recreational park called Harmony Beach.

We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Nianna.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

Complimentary Services:

Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found at the bottom of each rubbish bin

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave

Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.

If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.
