Unlivable, dirty, stinky, rundown building, degradable building , hole in walls, unsafe flooring to walk on.structure of building was not safe. Rat droppings, pee smells, old material from building is all over. It was filthy.I don’t even have words to describe this rundown building that they called hotel. I would not advise anyone to go there.

The property was affordable, with a large, relatively clean pool and a security guard at the gate. However, the buildings, furniture, fixtures and amenities were run down. The Wi-Fi provided no internet access throughout our two-night stay, despite being advertised as an amenity. The host was difficult to reach and became unreachable after the first day, leaving the issue unresolved despite earlier promises of assistance. Additionally, beach access staff advised that each unit had a beach card, but the host never communicated this to us. While the price was lower than other options, the overall experience was disappointing.

Excellent accommodations and assistance from the owner during check-in. The unit is ideal and looks exactly as depicted in photographs. The view is amazing, as the front windows overlook the pool and provides amazing views of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautifully-furnished unit that provides amazing ocean views.

The host was cantankerous, didn’t answer my messages and yelled at me saying he has a restaurant to run and that he cannot answer the phone or messages. Which host does that? Never, ever ver again. The place needs repairs and upkeep.

Excellent and responsive host. The building interior is in great condition. Cozy and comfortable. However the building exterior is in a dilapidated state. It is no fault of the host a the entire property is like this. Securities were easy to deal with and approachable.
