I accidentally booked the wrong dates and, unfortunately, the owner was unaccommodating and would not refund the double payment. Please note that the payment is completely NON-refundable, including all extra fees such as the cleaning fee and damage fee.
During my stay, several details did not match the listing description. There were no restaurants onsite, despite what was stated. There was also no hot spring on the premises. The pool was closed in September even though the listing indicated it would be open to October. Additionally, there was no heat in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.
This was my experience, and I hope it helps future travelers make an informed decision.
