Just a great overall experience, from the property itself, the exceptional staff, nice room, comfortable bed, and the great breakfast. Just a 18-20 minute walk to downtown, too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well-organized. I especially appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Pacific Grove!

The best! I enjoyed my very short stay. The room was wonderful. The property is stunning. They provided happy hour with wine and a charcuterie board, waters/soda available all the time, fresh and homemade baked goods, as well as a breakfast and coffee. Beyond accommodating. I am grateful I was able to experience this!

We stayed in the Steinbeck room which was a beautiful room. This is the room with the bathroom and shower each located separately in the hallway. For one night it was fine, although a bit awkward. Not sure I would want to stay a week in it, but the price was good and the breakfast was excellent. The area is nice with some good restaurants close by. The stairway is a bit narrow for hauling heavy suitcases/luggage upstairs, but manageable. Would stay again.

This was my first time staying at a B&B. It is a beautiful Victorian style home. But I wish I got a slightly larger room and the walls weren't so thin. But I would stay here again. It is located in a great place and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and afternoon wine.

We had a great stay at the Gosby Inn… staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking is on the street but good for an overnight stay and early departure. The Inn is beautiful and harkens back to days gone by but it is very busy and a bit worn. I’d gladly stay there again.
