They do allow pets, however there isn't really a good place for them to go potty. The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. The walls were filthy and there was damage to fixtures and the microwave had been caught on fire at one point and not replaced.

Do not recommend staying here. Please pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The room was dirty. The floors were not mopped, there was food stains on the floor. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke even the blankets had cigarette holes. When I told staff that our room smelled like smoke, the guy at the front desk said, “what do you want me to do about it?” no apology whatsoever. There was spiderwebs in the bathroom and a big ugly spider by the bathroom window. The walls had holes in them and unpainted patches. Also, the smoke alarm was removed. I mean, do they really not have money to fix these things? I doubt it. I should have paid attention to the other review saying these things, but I decided to book anyways because it was affordable. I regretted it instantly. I should have spent a little more and stayed out of better hotel. I was disgusted to even use their towels or pillows because if they don’t mop their floors, I wonder what else they don’t clean.

Easy check in. Very poor parking set up. Could never get the television to work. The ice machine was out. The lights in the room are obnoxiously bright with no way to dim.

I had trouble with the ice machine. The front desk clerk said I had to keep pressing the button to make it work. On further review, the machine wasn't even plugged in. The water pressure was lacking,and the shower head was so corroded that it couldn't even turn to the spray selection. Even tough it was a no smoking room, I had burn holes in my blanket.The freezer in the refrigerator does not work. I had a whole bag of ice that melted.There was a person who was knocking on all the doors that seemed to be tweeking.

Walked into the room, there was literally a piece of tissue stuck into the peep hole that was DIRTY. There holes in the wall, chipped paint, the floor was dirty, the towels had stains on them. The toilet paper wasn’t in the holder bc the toilet paper holder was broken. And lastly, the smoke detector was taken out of the wall and hidden in the bathroom drawer.
