No lo recomiendo

Elegimos este hotel por recomendación, pero fue desastroso. Llegamos tarde y previamente avisé. Las sábanas y baño sucios, en las sábanas habian pelos. Luego nos cambiaron para el hotel de enfrente pero mas de lo mismo, encontramos toallas sucias, y bno era una habitación sin nevera, no habian vistas, el lavamanos tapado y el olor de las cañerías era espantoso. Hable con Jarol la persona encargada y sin solución alguna, el último dia q nos veniamos fue que nos colocaron una nevera sucia, en realidad no comprendo como es de 4 estrellas, solo usamos el hotel para ir a dormir y ducharnos, únicamente pero no fue agradable

El desayuno no es variado, estuve una semana hospedada y el desayuno todos los días igual no presenta varias opciones. No informan que hubo cambios en el horario de tomar el desayuno y llego antes de 10 am e informan que ese día el desayuno era hasta las 9:30 am. Favor comunicar e informar los cambios en el servicio.

Para mejorar.

Buena atencion lo unico malo y para corregir el colchon de la habitación 104 se le sienten los resortes y el ventilador super ruidoso aunque habia aire acondicionado no lo usamos por un poco de tos que tenia mi pareja.

Muy buen lugar para descansar

Es un excelente lugar. Nos alojaron en el hotel de en frente, que parece ser de la misma cadena, pero es mucho mas bonito que el que se anuncia, no se si estaban en remodelación en este, pero estaba cerrado y apenas llegamos nos atendieron en frente.
