“Desastroso la atención y la designación de habitaciones, pague por una habitación Suite deluxe y nos asignaron una habitación común, la 1 er noche se activó una alarma en la habitación desde ma 1 AM hasta las 7 AM y nadie nos vino a desactivar la misma realizando 16 llamados a los contactos del hotel, aclaró que el hotel no tenía recepciónista desde las 17 hs hasta las 7 AM del siguiente día, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! El 2do día volvió a activarse la alarma por un problema del aire……

“Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. The walls between the rooms are quite thin so it's important to be respectful and relatively quiet for your……

“This apartment is on a very quiet street, with pedestrian-only streets all around it. It is in close proximity to an abundant number of good restaurants (all rated 4 stars and above on google). We enjoyed the ambiance of Travestere. The apartment was exactly as advertised; good working AC and a comfortable bed. It was very clean. The host was very prompt with communication and flexibility to let us check-in early and depart a bit later than the 10 am check-out time. We would recommend this……

“We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense.”

“This stay was absolutely lovely!! Clean amenities, comfortable beds. Everything aside from a washing machine, that you could want on an overseas stay. The beds were comfortable, the hairdryer was actually a good one (for those ladies that have crazy hair like me) and the AC worked great! The host was fabulous and even helped us with our bags to our apartment that was a block away from the hotel location itself. Speaking of location, this is by far the best place to stay when in Rome. Trastevere……
