Whether you're a couple enjoying a special evening, a young family looking for a adventures, or adult families just wanting to hang out, Las Ventanas is the place to be! Had a great time with the family inc young kids. Lots of pool time and beautiful views of the volcano. It rained a lot, as expected, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves at all. We kept most of the activities to the AM and hung around the property in the PM.

This is an incredible place to stay. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The views are breathtaking, and the amenities are top-notch. There are over 20 pools, slides, a game room, and even access to Club Rio! The only downside is that the food is way overpriced for the quality. I didn’t find anything on the resort that met the value-for-money ratio. Despite this minor flaw, I would highly recommend this resort.

Absolutely amazing place. The swim up bar and views of the Arenal volcano are breathtaking. The staff was always helpful and so kind. Club rio has so much to do and great with kids. The food was top notch
 plus you can eat anywhere with any menu which is great for families. You can’t come to this area of Costa Rica and not stay here. Everything you need or want is here and if it’s not they will set it up for you!

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.

An incredible property immersed into the rainforest. So much to do on property including club rio where you felt even more remote. We enjoyed the hot springs more down in club rio than the ones closer to the rooms, which were also great. We saw monkeys and sloths on property as well. Staff were always very accommodating and the concierge staff were also very helpful. We would definitely staff at The Springs again.

The best resort I have even stayed in. The views of the volcano are breathtaking. The grounds are Pristine and full of nature and wildlife. The pool bar was incredible along with all the other bars around the property. There are hot springs all over the property. You feel like you’re in a theme park. The service is top notch and exactly what you would expect at a 5 star resort. I was truly mind blown by this location and we had a great time. I highly recommend staying at the springs resort!
