“Everything was perfect , friendly staff , Carlos was very good giving us instructions , we loved the hot springs and the food was yummy in the restaurant in the pool ,from our room 124 we had a nice view to the volcano also have a extra jacussi with the volcano view , we would love to go back ”

“This is a beautiful property outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It offers excellent amenities and ample space for multiple people. The only thing I recommend is that, if you plan to cook meals while there, check the kitchen before starting. We had some items we had to improvise for, but the things in place were fantastic. ”

“Although this hotel is a lower price point than hotels I had stayed at in Costa Rica in the past the service and facilities were excellent. However, the star of the hotel is Paco the resident doggy. Very friendly an greeted us when we returned from every outing. Also, contact the hotel in advance and they will arrange airport transportation and tours and excursions. Our favorites were horse back riding and the night anima tour. ”
