Amazing experience! My husband and I spent 3 nights here for our honeymoon as part of a bigger trip around Costa Rica. 2-3 nights is a perfect stay here. Food and drinks were great, excellent service and staff, beautiful grounds.

The staff was great but when we’re packing to go home, I realized that I was missing my black sweat suit. Also, there were times where we put do not disturb on our door yet when we would come back to our hotel, I could tell that my room was partially cleaned. Beware of the cleaning crew! Everyone else was nice and friendly. The concierge were very helpful and told us that it’s cheaper to pay cash for transportation instead of charging it to the room. Unless when we asked the front desk they said it would be $30 one way to Tabacon whereas the concierge told of $15 in cash.

Hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Would recommend 100%. Grounds and springs were amazing. Food and drinks were expensive but I could live with that.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities. Wonderful and friendly staff. So clean. The natural surroundings are well taken care of. If you are looking for a vacation away from the beach, I would recommend staying here to enjoy the hot springs. The rainforest is amazing.

Arenal as a family
Great way to experience Arenal as a family! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The hot springs on property are amazing and like nothing we have seen elsewhere. The onsite activities are so convenient and fun!

Had a great time! We loved everything, the resort, the staff, the rain forest. The fact that there were resort run activities, so that we didn’t have to book it with other outfits. We are already planning to come back soon.
