simply gorgeous

The house is beautiful, with everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. You will find a spot to work or read while everybody else spends time in the outside patio or the pool. The house is immersed in a beautiful olive grove but close enough to walk to the center of Montescudaio where you will find a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a bank. Easy access to trails and paved roads where you can enjoy beautiful nature walks. Finally, this location is perfect for day trips to Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Florence and the coast. The owner was very nice and worked every day to keep the property beautiful. Easy check in and check out.

First Leg of Italy Vacation

Absolutely beautiful property in a beautiful location within three minutes walk of a wonderful old and charming town with great restaurants and some nice markets. Also air conditioned, which for most Americans (like us) is not a luxury but a must, though it didn't work in one bedroom and the study, which just meant one of us slept downstairs. Pool was nice. Once checked in, though, I couldn't get the host who spoke English to respond to two messages, but not a big deal in this case. Highly recommend.

Toller Urlaub in der Toscana

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa sehr genossen. Es waren zwar noch 2 kleine Wohnungen am Gelände, aber von den Urlaubern hat man fast nichts gemerkt. Nur der Pool, der ein Whirlpool war, war uns leider zu klein. Insgesamt haben wir aber unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke an Daniela für die Einführung und Unterstützung bei Fragen und Anliegen.

Unser schönster Urlaub mit Kindern

Der Urlaub in dieser Villa war wirklich grandios. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ich bin nicht geübt darin Bewertungen zu schreiben, aber bei solch einem tollen Urlaub muss ich das einfach tun. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen und bekamen immer eine Antwort. Die Villa und der Garten mit Pool sind einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Ich würde sogar behaupten, dass die gezeigten Bilder nur ansatzweise die Schönheit dessen vor Ort wiedergeben können. Auch unsere beiden Kinder (6. und 11 Jahre) hatten jeder Menge Spaß. Der Pool ist super geeignet für Kinder in diesem Alter. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bedenkenlos hier buchen!!!

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist oll ausgestattet im Stil der Toskana und einfach schönen antiken Objekten. Alles steht genau am richtigen Platz und es ist nicht zu viel, das Haus besitzt sehr viel Ästhetik und es macht einfach Freude ich dort aufzuhalten und einfach zu sein. Das Grundstück mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen und Sonnenbaden ein, auch hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail und doch ursprünglich und sehr gepflegt. Mega!

Traumhaus

Die Villa Laura ist ein absolutes Teaumhaus im toskanischen Stil. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist das schwache WLan (am Pool besser). Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört. Der Pool ist relativ klein und nur zum Abkühlen gedacht. Super ist hier die Whirlpool-Funktion. Montescudaio ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und ist ein wundervoller Ort. An der Bar Lupo ist immer was los und man fühlt sich schnell als Gast sehr willkommen. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es im Ort alles zu kaufen. Größere Besorgungen sind in Cecina kein Problem. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Stilvoll eingerichtet Villa mit allem was man braucht

Grosszügiges Platzangebot. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr zuvorkommender Besitzer. Der Pool ist einzigartig! Top für eine erholsame Ferien. Der einzige Kritikpunkt , kein Schatten am Pool. Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem Bijou sehr genossen

Auf den Hügeln der Toskana mit dem Blick aufs Meer

Wir hatten letztes Jahr (August 2017) einen herrlichen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel Platz zum Leben und 3 großen Schlafzimmern. Die Küche war ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten lud zum Essen, Spielen und Lesen ein. Kurzer Fußweg nach Montescudaio, ein liebenswertes und ruhiges kleines Toskana-Städtchen. In der Nähe Weinberge, gute Restaurants , das Meer in Sichtweite. Die Organisation mit der Agentur Case e Colline klappte ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Enchantés de notre séjour

Très belle maison, joliment décorée et très bien entretenue. Maison au calme, à environ 10 minutes de Ceccina (plages, parc aquatique) ce qui permet de réaliser des activités avec les enfants. Accès aux autoroutes très rapidement afin de rejoindre Pise et/ou Florence. Vivement recommandée !
