“Everything was exactly as described. Parking was easy- across the street and free. I drove a smaller car, a Forester, and it fit the space well. The location was excellent, if you want to be in the action. The bar across the street, El Rancho, was lively until about 2 AM on the Saturday night that we were there, otherwise it was quiet. It was easy to walk to everything downtown. During the week in early June, when we were there, there weren’t a lot of tourists and it was easy to get a table for……

“An amazing stay! The location is spectacular. We love staying further up Hwy 550 and not in Durango proper. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil needed. Coffee was a nice perk! We used the got tub once. Temp was just right. Parking is easy, loading on the one side is also easy, no stairs. This rental is highly recommended. We plan to be back.”

“Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests. Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. This would make your guests feel a bit more……

“What a perfect location to experience the food and shopping in Durango without the need for a car. The condo is clean and warmly decorated with provisions in the bathrooms and even a great view, shown here after an earlyMorning storm passed. Walk to the train station or drive on the Million Dollar Highway for some incredible and unforgettable views. We were able to find a couple of hikes although our preferred was closed due to shutdown. We will come back for the train and plan in advance for……
