The beds were sleepable and the toilet could be used. Other than that, we avoided being at the hotel and checked out at 4am with two kids under 3. We booked this hotel as a midway stop. We should've just drove the extra hours to our final destination. The staff was very minimal and not hospitable. The hotel is outdated. There were pube hairs and blood on the wall in the bathroom. We had to give our kids a sponge bath with a cold rag because the shower would not drain and it was literally 2 inches of water. And they turned the hot water off for the main sink. The AC barely worked. A non-smoking hotel, for our entire floor to smell like weed. If you are a solo traveler needing a quick nap, sure. Other than that, don't bother.

Pros: easy parking and clean comfortable bed. Con: the worst customer service I have ever received. There was a snafu with the Expedia reservation not showing up on their computer so even though I had them on the phone with Expedia and showed my receipt and messages from the property they refused to allow me to check in without making a second reservation and paying again for my prepaid reservation. There was Zero help from the desk clerk or the manager the next day. Expedia was able to help me get a refund. We did get some much needed sleep. But they do not have room darkening Shades so you wake up with the sun. Also there was a mildewy smell coming out of the air conditioner.

Honestly mostly Stellar property. Looked beautiful inside and out. The area around is great and is easy to travel around in vehicle. Only bad things about the property was the internet/phone service inside was dogwater for some reason but that one was nitpicky. The bigger one is the bathroom. The rest of the room was in peccable condition but the bathroom has seen better days. The only room with natts galore so I had to keep the hard to open and close bathroom door closed. Like there weren't natts anywhere else except for the bathroom. There was so much hair in the shower drain it just kind of filled up the shower. Other than that it was a REALLY good stay. 😊

Giving this one an overall 'meh'. The property has been given many makeovers and it shows. Staff was great. Parking was ample and well lit. Quiet room was very large. Shower did not drain properly. Breakfast was unremarkable.

This was a very nice place. Nice vibe, friendly staff, clean room. Well-lit parking lot, close to food places, and they do have free Wi-Fi and breakfast snacks. The room I had was very nice and spacious, with a sitting area, a desk and chair, a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini fridge, and an ice bucket. The inside park-like theme is very nice. I would recommend and definitely stay again. I realize everyone expereince is different, but this was mine. Thanks again, Montgomery!!!
