Cloverdale is a neighborhood within the city of Montgomery. It is the largest garden-landscaped neighborhood in the state of Alabama. It's also one of the oldest, originally built out in the 1800's. Cloverdale is known for many houses designed by European architects throughout history and for the tasteful landscaping that still exists today.

The property has an electronic lock. We will provide you the code within the 24 hours prior to your arrival.

The space is laid out for easy multi-night stays—two private bedrooms, comfortable sleeping spaces, a full kitchen, laundry, and a bright sunroom that gives everyone another place to spread out.

We’re excited to host you! Before confirming your booking, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

Please treat the property with respect. If there are any issues, we'll do our best to respond ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7.

Mail & Package Delivery: Please note, the deliveries are made just inside the front patio sunroom area for security. There is also a lock on the inside door leading to the patio sunroom.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
