I gave this Comfort Inn Montgomery East Carmichael Rd a one star due to their customer service. Each day, I saw myself having to go to the front desk and complain about an issue. My first day, I was put in a room where wires were exposed from a reading light. I was told from the front desk it would be taken care, but nothing happened. I was put in another room which I decided to stay. Unfortunately Unfortunately Unfortunately gother issues came up. I had to informed the front desk about water coming from one of steam tray and waterwas leaking onto the floor at breakfast area. I went back and the water was still there. The next day, had to askk about bowls, following day, not enough breakfast was prepared, the following day no syrup in the dispenser, and the following day no waffle mix in the dispenser. Each day, I felt that the front day didn't take time to check to make sure everything was appropriately ready for their guestd. Not one time did anyone from the management department ever asked I needed anything or if I had any concerns. The housekeepers did take time to see if I need anything. I also, noticed the eating area wasn't kept cleaned after spills. It appeared they waited for houskeeping staff to come in and do the cleaning. The managerial staff needs to take class on how customers should treated when they are at their establishment. I also need to call the front desk and when I went to use phone, no dial tone. I will not be returning to that particular hotel.
