I was an hour and a half away from the property when the host canceled. I had been sent no information prior to this cancellation. On top of that, VRBO’s “policy” doesn’t allow same day bookings, so instead of being able to enjoy my first night away in a long time, I was forced to spend what should have been time with friends scrambling to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay. I ended up having to book at a terrible Motel 6 in a terrible area of town. Very disappointed in this entire experience.
