The space
This wonderful home was constructed in 2022 and is ready to welcome you to beautiful Lake Conroe. This 1,818 sqft. home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, living room, dinning area, a den/office, and a game room.

The den is furnished with a pullout sleep couch, 55" smart TV and a designated work space for any unfinished business or homework area for the kiddos!

The primary and 3rd bedroom are furnished with KING SIZED memory Nova Foam beds. The 2nd bedroom nest 2 full sized beds, perfect for sharing.

The living room has an oversized couch for lounging or watching a movie on a 65" smart TV set up with Roku.

The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you need to cook a wonderful family meal to be enjoyed at the dinning table that seats 6. Additionally we have offered extra seating at the kitchen bar top.

You have access to our 2-car garage which has been converted to a full size game room. This game room is set up with a Foosball Table, Ping-Pong table, Giant Connect Four and decked out with LED lighting. Game room also houses 2 kayaks for when you're ready to hit the lake!

The backyard is equipped with a large propane grill, corn-hole set up, and a fire pit with seating area under a string light canopy.

All of this is laid out on a 7,000 sqft lot, if you find this is not enough space for fun, you can walk across the street to the park which has a baseball and soccer field!

You will have access to the entire property, park, and resort amenities - which include a gym, pool, yacht club house and boat launch ramps.

To access resort amenities you will need our gate access key card. Key card information will be provided at check-in.
Other things to note
If you are looking to utilize the BBQ, please always pull it out from under the patio onto the platform area for use. A propane tank is provided, however, the propane is not. Tank is to be filled, never exchanged. Tank can be filled at Tractor Supply located at 19281 Hwy 105 W, Montgomery, TX 77356, a 7 min drive away.

If you are looking to utilize the fire pit area, please do not burn ANYTHING other than fire wood. Firewood can be purchased at near by gas stations, hardware stores and local shops.

If you are looking to book a Tee time at Walden Golf Course, non-members are required to book at least a week in advance.
