Neat and clean room, comfortable bed, right on the main street but nice and quiet. The sign was very difficult to see and looks close to falling in the street. Being out of season hot water took A very long time to heat up when it did it was good and hot and had good pressure.

It was a great place to crash and wake up refreshed! The outdoor maintenance of property including the sign could use a major flashy paint job or something more alluring. The whole area of Monticello needs an uplift of sunshine as opposed to the depressive scenery.

I stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was cordial, knowledgeable and flexible. I would stay here again when passing through. The tv and refrigerator worked well. It would be better if they had an ice machine on the premises and a coffee maker in room, neither of which they had. Air conditioner worked but takes a little figuring out how to use. Better than your average Super 8

Checked in 10p-late & several things not acceptable. Food left in refrigerator/tv not connected to service/bed like sponge/poor lighting-dark/dirty sock(1)in middle of floor/water pressure poor/vagrants hanging around/coffee in lobby a joke. Police presence @ 2a, adjacent abandoned property. Debris in parking lot. Would have sought refund/moved hotels if had energy. Just a long day, will not recommend this property.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, which was truly out of desperation. Booked a double queen, got a single king, the room smelled awful from decades of smoking, and they had the Gaul to remind us we had a non-smoking room. No hot water, garbage left in bathroom, flies throughout especially the bathroom, and the tv did not work. This "hotel" should be taken off of Expedias options, so no one has to go through what we did.

Upon locating the property. , the outside was so run down we could not even get ourself s to check in . Homeless people and drug addicts on the outside of the property . The building was so run down it looked like something out of a horror movie !!! We honestly thought the place was closed down to be torn down !! No thank you

The room had new furniture but it was old and musty. There was no warm water regardless of how long the water ran. The area has old mattresses and garbage in the hotel parking lot. The buildings surrounding it are boarded up and sirens all night. We went after a concert so it was cheap however, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room looked clean on the surface but the tub was dirty, the trashcan had rotten food and flies in it, had to put it outside the door. No hot water at all and one of the bedside lamps was broken. The staff that checked us in and out were friendly. We didnt find all of this until we returned to our room from a show nearby at almost 130am so we couldn't switch rooms at that point.

Most horrible disgusting hotel I have ever been to, didn't even stay there, and they would not refund any money nor offer any solution. The place reeked like smoke, staff was rude, common areas were filthy, with visible bugs, the room was also gross, not clean, not sanitary, wouldn't even put my bag down. Never even bother going there.
