The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 60 m² flat for rent in Montluçon, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), cot
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan.

The flat is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Parc des Îlets and Parc Wilson
- Museum of Popular Music (MUPOP)
- Saint-Pierre Church

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free 50 meters from the flat.
