“The hotel was exactly as described, in a good location, close to Sacre Coeur. We appreciated the E-mail sent to us on checking in. The note contained details of the closest shops and restaurants. Being seniors, we found getting into the bath for a shower a bit of a challenge. We recommend that the hotel advises clients with luggage to either take the funicular or go to Lamarck metro station to avoid stairs.”

“This stay reminded me of a time lost in the glorious luxurious days of travel. We were met as if we were relatives staying over a couple days. The owner/proprietor, Bridgette, was simply the absolute BEST! She welcomed and entertained us with not only hospitality, but a sweet nurturing nature that you rarely don't experience anymore. She made sure whatever we needed, we were taken care of. The decor and the renovations made to her hotel felt nostalgic and cozy. Very stylish and the amenities……

“首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。”

“由於我們是早班機早上7:30就抵達法國，到飯店的時間真的很早，飯店的入住時間是下午三點。我們在飯店附近走了一圈因為有時差問題就回飯店大廳休息。工作人員也看得出來我們很累用最快的速度將前一位退房的客人的房間火速整理好讓我們入住，真的感到非常溫馨，心裡面暖暖的。謝謝你們”
