Modern, comfortable 2-family house "Casa Mei", 180 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached. In the centre of Montopoli Val d' Arno, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: arbour, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Restaurant 200 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 3 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 30 km, Lucca 35 km, Firenze 35 km, Siena 40 km, Marina di Pisa 35 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Airfield 30 km from the property.

We had the best time. The host lives downstairs and where super friendly and nice. Why welcomed us with a bottle of wine and even left us the own garage for our rental car. They tjecked in on us a couple of times. But mostly er where on our own. The place has everything. Light and clean. Lots of space. Full kitchen and everything you need and then some.
