The best part? You`re literally one metro stop from downtown Montreal. Hop on the yellow line at Longueuil station, and you`ll be in the heart of the city in minutes, experiencing all its vibrant attractions without the downtown price tag.

You can expect the apartment to be spotlessly clean upon your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. I`ve also equipped the unit with convenient amenities like a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light. For those needing to get some work done, there`s a dedicated private work desk with an ergonomic chair. For families, I`ve also included a crib and high chair.

You`ll be staying in the heart of Old Longueuil, a really charming and peaceful part of town. It`s got that classic Quebec feel with some beautiful old buildings mixed in with modern touches. It`s a truly quiet, safe, and family-friendly residential area.

Step out and you`ll find yourself just a short 20-minute walk from Rue Saint-Charles, the main street of Old Longueuil. Here, you can wander into some great local bistros and restaurants, grab a coffee, or explore unique shops. Don`t forget to check out the beautiful Cocathédrale Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue, which is a real landmark.

If you love the outdoors, you`re in luck! There are lovely riverside parks nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a picnic with views of the St. Lawrence River. Parc Marie-Victorin is right along the water, and Parc Michel-Chartrand offers extensive trails for walking, biking, or even cross-country skiing in winter, with a lovely pond and plenty of deer!

And the best part? While you get to enjoy the quiet charm of Longueuil, you`re incredibly well-connected to all the action of Montreal. The Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station is just a short hop away. From there, you`re literally one metro stop from downtown Montreal (Berri-UQAM station). That means you can easily explore Montreal`s famous attractions, like the Old Port, the vibrant Quartier des Spectacles, or enjoy major events and festivals, and then retreat to the peacefulness of your Longueuil home base.

It’s the perfect blend of local charm, convenient amenities, and quick access to the big city!

Getting around from our apartment is a breeze, whether you`re bringing a car or relying on public transit!

By Car:
You`ll have a private parking spot right on the driveway, which is a huge plus in any city! This means no hassle looking for street parking when you arrive. From here, you`re just a few minutes` drive to major highways, including the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, which gets you right into downtown Montreal in about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. This also makes day trips to other parts of Quebec or the Eastern Townships very convenient.

Public Transportation (Metro & Bus):
This is truly one of the biggest advantages of our location! You`re very close to the Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station (Yellow Line). It`s just a quick bus ride away. Once you`re on the metro, you`re literally one stop from Berri-UQAM station, which is a major hub in downtown Montreal. From there, you can easily transfer to other metro lines to reach any part of the city, including:

Old Montreal and the Old Port
Quartier des Spectacles (for festivals and shows)
Vibrant Plateau Mont-Royal
Shopping on Sainte-Catherine Street
Jean-Drapeau Park (home of the F1 Grand Prix, La Ronde, and the Jean-Drapeau beach) – it`s actually the very next stop on the Yellow Line!

There are also several RTL (Réseau de transport de Longueuil) bus routes that operate in the neighborhood, connecting you to various spots within Longueuil and to the metro station if you prefer not to walk. You can easily check bus schedules and routes using apps like Transit.

Walking & Biking:
Old Longueuil is a very walkable neighborhood. You can stroll to Rue Saint-Charles for shops and restaurants, or enjoy the nearby riverside parks on foot. If you`re into biking, Longueuil has an extensive network of bike paths, and you`re close to routes that connect to the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, offering a scenic ride into Montreal.

You really have all the options covered for exploring both Longueuil`s local charm and Montreal`s bustling attractions!

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.
⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).
⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.
⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.
