Ultra modern corner unit in a prestigious building. Corner unit condo with 2 closed bedrooms that have a queen mattress in each room, 2 complete bathrooms, balcony and double view of city. Beautiful open concept, European design kitchen and living room area. Decorated tastefully with comfort in mind. Direct access to underground city and close to the Bell Center. Located near numerous Montreal restaurants, bars and night clubs. All in walking distance. Outdoor heated swimming pool (functional late spring to mid autumn), gym, Spa and Sauna, Yoga room, 3 lounge areas and additional game room. Conference room available. Large terrace with 3 BBQ. 24-hr doorman and security service. Located in the downtown core. Very close to famous Crescent Street. ATM light rail terminus and access to the Lucien L'Allier metro stop and central train station less than 10 minute walk. Indoor parking available nearby for an additional fee.

We loved the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well equipped. This was appreciated because we love to cook both for ourselves and for guests. Domenico and his colleagues were always helpful when we needed help. Its location was close to the action, which is what we wanted.

Summer in Montreal

Everything was fantastic! The condo is compact but is well stocked and more than fit our needs for the month. The communication both with our hosts and the building (if needed) was efficient. The pool and grilling area were lovely to use, and were lively during the summer evenings. My family worked out in the gym almost daily, and tried to walk as much as possible around Montreal. 30 min walk to Old Montreal or Westmount. The building's location was ideal - walkable to many places and right next to a Metro stop if needed. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

Great apartment & great location

From the moment we arrived until the morning we left, this apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything worked well & was easy to operate, including the heat and a/c (both of which were needed during the month), the washer/dryer and all the kitchen appliances. Communication with both Dominic and Mario was relaxed and friendly, with them being available quickly by text or phone. The garage space we rented made trips by car (especially to the various markets) easy, while having the Orange line Metro almost in the building (without having to walk outside if it rained) convenient. And the location, while being in the midst of a Downtown Montreal boom, was perfect for walking in any direction to various desired locations. Roomy, comfortable, without issues... what more could we have wanted? Highly recommended.

Embracing Montreal

Location location location‼️ This immaculate apartment is a turn key, spacious, well appointed high-rise in Bell center, with the cutest little balcony overlooking Av des Canadiens-de-Montréal, domestic zone. No need for a car; transportation is steps away, rather you choose metro, computer train, bus or walking. We had a wonderful conscious-expanding vacation and we will come back here again.

35 jours de pur bonheur au centre de Montréal

D'octobre à novembre nous avons passé 35 jours de vraies vacances dans un superbe et très fonctionnel appartement situé au 14è étage de la tour des canadiens au centre Bell à Montréal. Cet appartement d'un style moderne est particulièrement agréable. Dans son volume aéré, on se sent tout de suite bien chez soi. Disposant de deux chambres avec télé et de deux salles de bain, d'un espace très lumineux avec cuisine/séjour/salon-Télé, d'une buanderie avec lave-linge et sècheuse, il conviendrait parfaitement pour deux couples qui voudraient profiter du centre ville et du vieux Montréal ainsi que de bons restaurants dans diverses spécialités dignent des meilleurs chefs dans un rayon de 15 minutes à pieds. Le PROVIGO ouvert de 8h à Minuit tous les jours de la semaine est juste de l'autre coté de la route et il est super achalandé et on y trouve aussi de bons plats préparés. Pour ceux qui apprécient la restauration rapide, il y a un Macdo et un Tim Horton ouverts jour et nuit en traversant la route. Que demander de mieux pour des vacances, pour profiter aussi de bons spectacles et du hockey avec les plus grands de ligue nationale Nord américaine ? Un dernier mot pour les propriétaires qui nous réservent le meilleur accueil qui soit. Merci !!
